The Sharing Student
We nurture individuals to become responsible, compassionate citizens who understand the importance of contributing to society. We encourage our students to excel academically but also to develop a strong sense of social responsibility and global awareness.
Evolution & Future
We Care about our Students
At International Sharing School, we are committed to the holistic development of each student, recognizing that wellbeing is the foundation for both personal and academic success.
Our approach focuses on nurturing emotional, social, and physical wellbeing, empowering students to thrive in all aspects of their lives. By supporting the whole student, we ensure they are prepared to navigate challenges, build meaningful relationships, and achieve a fulfilling future.
“Our Pastoral approach empowers students to take ownership of their personal growth, ensuring they are prepared to make a positive impact within and beyond our community.”
At ISS, we see Pastoral as the development of the whole student—academically, emotionally, socially, and physically. Rooted in Positive Psychology, our approach emphasizes students’ strengths, celebrates their achievements, and encourages them to find meaning and purpose in all aspects of their life.
We aim to help students become independent, self-sufficient individuals, capable of navigating challenges and seizing the opportunities that life in our complex world presents. By nurturing happiness, health, and high aspirations, we guide students to grow into confident, ethical, and globally minded leaders.

The Wellbeing Team
The Pastoral team at ISS is dedicated to supporting students as they adapt to a new school environment, cope with academic challenges and develop strong organisational skills.
For new students, we provide personalised guidance to help them settle in, while also offering strategies to manage their workload and balance responsibilities. Our Pastoral team ensures that each student receives the care they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The inclusion team at ISS is committed to supporting students with special education needs, ensuring they receive the personalised care and resources required for their success. They collaborate with students to implement tailored strategies that address individual needs.
During the admissions process, we conduct interviews and assessments to determine whether we are able to provide the appropriate assistance and resources, as each case is considered individually.
Our dedicated psychology team available at all times to support students’ mental well-being. They provide guidance and assistance for any emotional or psychological concerns, helping students cope with challenges and thrive in a supportive environment.
Focusing on mental health, our psychology team works to ensure students feel safe, supported and heard. Students receive the care and attention they need, nurturing emotional resilience and personal growth throughout their school journey.
Our school nurses are available every day to support students with any health concerns, offering immediate care when needed. They ensure that all students receive the attention they deserve, promoting overall well-being and safety.
By maintaining a healthy environment, our nurses help create a space where students can thrive academically and socially. Families can feel confident knowing their children are in the best hands, with our dedicated team providing excellent care and attention throughout the school day.

Bullying & Safety
How we resolve Conflict
Our pastoral programme is designed to support students’ holistic development through an inquiry and positive psychology utilizing the PERMAH framework (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health).
We equip students with essential life skills such as self-advocacy, resilience, respect, consent, and integrity.
These skills foster independence, confidence, and a sense of responsibility, preparing students to become compassionate, capable adults.
