Evolution & Future

Your Child’s Future

The Careers and University Counselling team at International Sharing School provides a comprehensive guidance to students regarding their educational pathways, higher education options and applications to universities worldwide.

Each student, along with their family, receives personalised support tailored to their aspirations, academic performance, and individual goals.

Diploma Programme (DP) students engage in weekly contact with the counsellor. They benefit from workshops and guidance on various aspects of the university application process, including applying to different countries, creating a CV, writing a personal statement, motivation letter, or essay, preparing for admission tests, and building a strong profile for university applications.

Middle Years Programme (MYP) students also engage in sessions focused on boosting their profiles through extracurricular and super curricular activities, discovering their areas of interest, and selecting the best subjects to pursue their future goals.

In addition to group sessions, the counsellor offers individualised support through regular meetings with both students and families to discuss educational options, refine goals, and explore potential pathways.

“Working alongside students and their families has been a rewarding journey, ensuring they enjoy the process as much as they value the final goal.”

Since 2021, I have been the Careers and University Counsellor at ISS, drawing on 15+ years of experience as a high school Physics and Chemistry teacher and in leadership roles. I hold a PhD in Chemistry, and my diverse background across education, scientific research, and curriculum leadership has equipped me with a wide range of skills and insights.

In addition to my academic expertise, I actively participate in conferences, university visits, and ongoing professional training in careers and university counselling. These experiences enable me to provide students with personalized guidance, helping them discover the best pathways for their academic and career aspirations.
